At MegaTrend.pk, we care about your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience easy and worry-free. Please review our return and refund terms below:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns are not accepted for sale items, innerwear, or customized clothing.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our team within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

  2. Share your order number and reason for return (photos if applicable).

  3. Once approved, send the item back to our return address.

  4. After inspection, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after quality inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method or store credit.

  • Please note that delivery charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color changes, depending on availability.

  • Customer will bear return shipping charges unless the product received was incorrect or damaged.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments / Innerwear

  • Accessories (socks, caps, etc.)

  • Clearance or final-sale products
