At MegaTrend.pk, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan. Please review our shipping details below.

1. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 2–3 working days for most cities in Pakistan.

  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take up to 5 working days.

  • Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount (as mentioned on our website).

  • Orders below the free-shipping limit may include a small delivery charge, displayed during checkout.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your parcel.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan for your convenience.

  • Please ensure your phone number and address are correct so our courier can contact you easily.

  • Customers must check the parcel before payment (as per our Open Before Pay offer).

5. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you can track your shipment through the courier’s tracking link or by contacting our support team.

  • If your parcel is delayed or you haven’t received tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us.

6. Undelivered or Returned Parcels

  • If the courier fails to deliver due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.

  • Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, MegaTrend.pk ships within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.
